Manual bar screen is used for manual filtration and is ideal for coarse filtration at the inlet of wastewater treatment plants.
It consists of a stainless steel frame fixed to the wall for screening. The frame is installed in the channel with an inclination angle, wastewater passes through filtration bars and screenings are captured. Screenings are then manually removed through a rake.
